As Australia’s largest independent not-for-profit aged care provider, Bolton Clarke supports more than 130,000 people across home care, residential aged care and retirement living, employing more than 17,000 people nationwide.
With the introduction of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and the new Aged Care Act, Bolton Clarke needed a learning solution capable of supporting compliance across a large and geographically dispersed workforce, while recognising the different responsibilities of clinical, care, operational and corporate employees.
For many years, Altura Learning’s clinically rich, video-based courses had been valued for their depth and quality. However, as workforce demands increased and care environments became more time constrained, Bolton Clarke identified the need for a more efficient learning model that could maintain clinical integrity while reducing the time employees spent away from delivering care.
