Course Description
There are a number of mental health challenges that people may experience. This course discusses the impact of poor mental health on quality of life and explores strategies to support mental health such as sleep, nutrition, staying active, staying connected and finding meaning/purpose in activities.

She is a registered Social Work & Social Work Supervisor, Business & Management Coach and most importantly a wife & mother. Jackie has a Bachelor of Social Work from Massey, a Post Graduate Diploma in Manager and an MBA from the University of Canterbury and a long history in the wellbeing space.
